Pros

Decent benefits/pay. Remote work for anyone outside of Palo Alto. Some super smart people here that are great.

Cons

-Some people here care, but it is rare. - Leadership is a huge problem here, new ELT members come in with big ideas with no idea how to execute. -Constant change in leadership/middle management. -Broken systems. -Micromanagement. -Lack of accountability. -No room for growth. -Constant layoffs. I do not recommend anyone to work at Pebl unless you can accept mediocrity, or just need a paycheck.

Permanent work from home. Work life balance.

Cons

Poor leadership especially starting from team lead. No team play. No productivity. No team improvements. I value the job but the leadership and morale is so wasted. Choose the team lead based on your company culture and values. You will not feel like being productive because your whole team of lousy and your team lead doesn't even care. You are working in a professional environment not with friends. Keep that in mind. being friendly and professional is very different.
