      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to make a difference in the retailer sector in my role. Meeting new & existing retailers has a fresh approach everyday. Induction training was sufficient and plenty of tools given to perform well in the role.

      Cons

      Teams across the business could work better together, but its being developed.
