      I'll be honest here. I was looking for more experience coming out of college trying to get my foot in the door working at an Aerospace manufacturer with the hopes of eventually working for a Boeing or Northrup Grumman. You do learn a lot about manufacturing, CNC, etc however you will not have much to do and little power to influence any decisions. The pay is low (18-23 per hour) Overtime is time and a half, and benefits are bad. Management is riddled with nepotism because its family run, and is abusive to you if they don't like you and if you do anything about it I've seen them show people the door. Also they may give you 2nd shift or 3rd shift hours, or a combination of both. Their offer will also be non-negotiable. Company is extremely cheap. I would only take this as a last resort and then jump ship at first opportunity.

      Good starting pay. Close to my home.

      Cons

      Apart from the stench of the chemicals used in the factory, the Vice President was such a Sadist I wanted to quit the third day I worked there. Nothing was ever good enough for him and he was the worse boss I had ever worked for and that is saying a lot. Found out I was the 8th person who was hired for this position and the previous 7 all quit because he was such turd.

      Pros

      Great equipment, clean shop, fast paced environment, employees have a lot of work experience, AC in the shop, and overtime available for most positions.

      Cons

      Management is condescending, inconsistent, and lack people skills. they like to convey their points by belittling workers or simply ignoring them. The won't fire you, they will just make you miserable until you quit. The owner is a bully to his employees and acts like a juvenile frequently to customers and employees.
