      Good Communication with employees. They get things done fast.

      Cons

      If they find out or the job you are placed in that you are looking for a permanent job, you get fired. If you ever tell anyone that your not happy about anything with the job. They fire you.

      Pros

      The Partnership Employment team in Worcester has been nothing but an excellent experience for me. They gave me a chance when no one else would and that chance has evolved itself into a career. My family and I are beyond grateful for Partnership’s assistance in getting me where I am today. This company will truly go out of their way for you and truly cares about you as a person, not just an employee working a job.
