Pros

Competitive pay Fully remote, flexible working

Cons

- Toxic management culture persists, with some leads singling out individuals unnecessarily - Wellness days removed, removing the 1 perk that staff praised. - Too many meetings are numerous and often poorly structured and poor planned - Roadmaps are poorly thought out and project poorly planned - Staff overworked and roles not refilled. Currently I know multiple staff including product owners and Agile Deliver Leads doing their role across multiple teams. I myself have had to cover teams for weeks with as little as 24 hours notice beforehand. - Work is frequently rushed and monotonous, adding to mental load - Health and mental health providers changed to lower-quality options - The company happily partners and works with companies with shady practices such as Betterhelp and Honey
