Pros
They have placed me with good jobs in good companies and they pay well. Nice, friendly recruiters and staff
Cons
Account reps can seem negligent at times, giving the impression they're more interested in gaining new clients over looking out for the needs of the personnel they placed. I had a contract terminate unexpectedly and never received a call from the account rep

Pros
Unfortunately there are not many to acknowledge. Some on the team are very experienced in IT Staffing.
Cons
They only care about closing the deal. Management will tell you whatever to get you to join and then not follow through on promises made. Working for this organization will not afford you a decent work life balance. If you are looking for a professional respectful environment, this is not it.
