1. You can get 24 WFH and 12 Leaves. Other than that you get 2 optional leaves. 2. If you have some urgent work you can inform team early morning. 3. On the working Saturdays only two people from the each team needs to be present in the office, rest everyone else can WFH.
Cons
1. You will only get coffee once in a day sometimes not even that. 2. Washrooms are not in the good condition, You will feel like you are in a slum toilet. Sometimes there's no water in the taps. 3. You need work on alternate Saturdays. 4. There is no dedicated space for the team. 5. If you are going to join as a devOPs then get ready to work for two companies on single pay. 6. AC never work. 7. Founder gives everyone windows laptop and expect you to give good results. 8. Office is located in the industrial area.
