Very few. Fellow staff are the only reason to stay.

Cons

Low pay compared to market. You’ll only get promoted in a timely manner if they like you and you’re male. Very few helpful managers and don’t have time to answer questions. when you ask questions, they put it off, and then criticize you later (except you asked then about it weeks before). Managers actually have zero time management skills.
