      Decent hourly rate and opportunity to get extended were some of the pros for this position.

      Not enough communication with employer while you are at a client site. Should conduct monthly meetings with employees.

      The employees that work at the tactical level are great.

      Cons

      Owner has a dictator mentality. You have to make him feel important or he will not treat you well. There is also no diversity within the organization.
