Leadership seems to change directions a lot in trying to hit yearly goals instead of planning on long term growth. Project estimates are always slashed. Estimate it takes 8 mo to do something its immediately slashed to 4 and expected to get it done in the timeframe and budget assigned to you.
Leadership has no value in the experience that the long term employees have to pass along. No planning for future SME's. No updated technology training available to employees.
