Pros

Don't even want to talk about.

This company is only beneficial for senior level employees like TLs and Managers because they get all the benefits. There is nothing for freshers and mid level employees in terms of extra facilities and benefits. If you want to work for free go and join. The employer have that level of fear about their employees that they don't even provide salary slips to freshers and mid level because they think that the employee will get a proof of his monthly in-hand salary and then he/she will switch. No appraisal on time. They will stretch it to till 6-7 months. Everything is related to money- how to cut employee's salary, findings different ways day-night. No medical assurance, no PF, not even a single benefit just get your fixed monthly salary and keep working. They will hold your huge amount of CTC as a Performance Incentive to give it back on year completion but if you get it on time, you are a lucky person. To get your PI even after your year completion you have to literally beg in front of them for your own money. They don't have anything called "policy" in their culture. If anything is happening there it must be beneficial only for the employer. Worst thing that happens here is: They hire very cheap resources(freshers) and put them behind experienced employees to teach the freshers everything to make them work. They think SEs, SSEs or DevOps guys don't have work and are "Coaching Trainers" who will regularly take class and teach everything. The reason to doing all this is once the freshers candidates are able to handle the work then they will start annoying the experienced candidate so that they leave the company by their self and they will also not do a good appraisal because they know a cheap resource is already there to handle the work.

Pros

Employees are helpful and good human being Good for learning And I am not getting any other pros.

Cons

Management is worst - Greedy management - Leave system(management line "It's not a startup, It follows the startup culture) - No activities(monotonous life) - Appraisal system(they freeze your 2 months increment illegally) - No HR Work Environment - Full negativity in the environment - Reimbursement system(They are deploying employees at the client end and they do not reimburse actual convenience charge). - They will put you in every project and push you to do all the project's work too. - lack of office Infra(No refreshment!) - They will provide you core i3 laptops for development purpose. Seriously? - If you are doing work late at night then you have to arrange food and convenience itself(no reimbursement)

Pros

no pros as such. even at the time of joining they will tell that company provides fix working hours and work from hour. it all fake.

Cons

worst company. no hr policies. worst thing is that they are saying lies to client that a person is working even when that person is left the organisation, and they are paying half salary to take the client call. no KT. team lead behavior is also very poor.
