- The South King County Team was one of the most supportive teams I have ever worked with. I truly think that the majority of the workers here at PROVAIL care about the participants and their families - Great families! The majority of the families you are working with will be involved in the job placement process. - Flexible! If you like to have a more flexible job and are a self starter, this is a great position to start off with,
Cons
- The pay scale can be raised especially since a lot of my former colleagues were over qualified for the position - Job Development aspect can be tough especially with the economy.
