      Run as fast as you can unless you like being treated like crap. I would use a zero star rating if the app would let me.

      Pros

      I have no pros to talk about. Since day 1 this company has been indifferent at best and underhanded and unethical most often.

      Cons

      Zero support from regional managers, VPs etc. no confidentiality from HR. Too many hours, too little pay. Treated like a piece of dog dirt stuck on their shoe. I have almost 20 years experience in this field and I am treated as if I know nothing.

      salaries are good, management is bad

      Cons

      backstabbing, unethical behavior in UPPER Management. President is a complete untrustworthy phony. The entire company presents one thing to your face but behind the scenes they are talking about everyone on their "team". horrible non-caring people. Don't let them fool you!

      The company provided fair compensation and benefits for all employees. The company stresses education for its employees. The company has properties located throughout the United States.

      Cons

      The hours are long. Travel is frequent and can be far. Some properties have issues with crime which can jeopardize your safety.
