      Great team and resources, but project pipeline issues

      great team very experienced knowledgable encourage you to learn well equipped office and workshop

      Cons

      project pipeline division between fee earners and the sales and marketing side. much more needs to be done with sales and marketing team to bring in the work needed.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work on some amazing projects with big clients. Amazing workshop capabilities and some great people.

      Cons

      Blatant bullying from senior management is commonplace and no one bothers/cares to steps in to stop it, despite multiple complaints.

      Good London-based product design consultancy

      Pros

      - One of the only product-design consultancies in London that offer Engineering as one of their services - There was a great team culture when I was employed there - There was a decent variety of short term projects - In-house workshop (rare for London) that employees could use freely - Great "can-do" attitude amongst the staff - Direct line of communication to management if desired - Some allowance for personal development

      Cons

      - Very stretched Technical Team (resource-wise AND "hard" skills-wise) puts a heavy burden on individuals to get projects over the line - Not much New Business Development and heavy reliance on a few big clients for most of the company's revenue is quite a stressful environment to work in - Odd focus and spending of resource on internal projects which don't appear to have any benefit for the wider company (not particularly good for upskilling or generating marketing materials) - There is some disconnection / disjointedness in experience of "how things are going" between management and resource / workers
