Simply Disappointing

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, good Christmas bonuses, lower level employees are awesome

Cons

There is a lot to put here. Lets start with "Integrity". PCES has integrity as a company value so it should be important to them. Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having high morale standards. Neither exist at this company. I have personally witnessed and been involved in an incident where i had to fight upper management to take responsibility for a safety issue, that almost severely injured or killed two people. I have heard numerous stories how people were promised a probation period followed by a raise or increase in benefits. Needless to say that never happened and without any explanation. If you even question anyone in the upper management clique on a lie or issue of integrity you are sent packing. I have also heard through sources they have asked certain employees to engage in behavior that in my opinion is illegal. So there is definitely a double standard when it comes to integrity. Do not trust anonymous surveys they are not as anonymous as you think!!! Lets talk about Job Security. PCES has recently closed down two departments in an attempt to remain profitable. Their first idea was to lay off those people. Only after much argument did they decide to transfer those people to different departments. The company has very limited customer base. This is mainly thanks to the lower level employees who do everything they can to form good relationships with the customers and keep them coming back. I would expect customers to continue to dwindle as more people are fired or quit. Although even with that being said I've heard they will be completely out of work soon. This combined with the lack of any new customers makes me feel like the company will go under soon. I have been told much more on this subject but to protect my sources I will keep it to myself. Who knows they may not go under and be able to recover. A warning, if you do not go around talking about the Bible and Jesus every day they will assume you are a non-believer and you will be dealt with. Regardless of your actual beliefs.

Like working for the Mafia?

Pros

Benefits and wages seemed fair initially, but then they took away paid sick time. Convenient location to Broken Arrow. Flex time was a big plus. Owner is a fine gentleman.

Cons

Management was handed over to persons without a clue. They are big into pumping sunshine and lollypops and don't want to hear anything that resembles logic or reality. They like droids who all think alike and don't speak up. Yet, they want you to think of the company as a family. Yeah, like the Mafia is a family. Known to sneak behind you and "eliminate" you unexpectedly.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible schedule, good co-workers

Cons

Upper management are bullies. No care for employees or their future. Push biblical principals on employees, but does not practice them their selves.
