A Lot of opportunities to learn Your coworkers will become your family They have a well thought out business model & plan. If you are getting your career started this is an excellent place to start as they are willing to hire people who may not have all the requirements based on the job description They are very understanding and willing to train you, they foster education within the scope of your role.
Cons
Lower than average earning potential Healthcare leaves much to be desired (This is common for a small business) below industry standard amounts of PTO No Annual Raises No or little incentive to grow beyond the scope of your job Little opportunities to move up or get promotions The job can be very demanding VS the pay 45-50 hours+ are not uncommon.
