      Employees are great! They make awesome robots. Always here to help you. Great people!

      Cons

      Managers are misogynists and ask employees to do tasks that are not their job. They think they know everything about the job but .... They like to put people down instead of helping them grow. Get some management training. Your employees would “maybe” appreciate you.

      Pros

      International company. Innovation oriented. Young, informal and dynamic environment. Good for robotics enthusiasts and for short periods.

      Cons

      Unclear priorities, unclear strategies, unclear communication and unclear work organization. Lack of leadership. High workload and stress in every team. The salary is not reviewed every year and sometimes it is tough to get a raise. There is no defined path for the professional growth of employees.
