Pros
Lot to learn! it's a small firm with less then 10 employees where we get to often visit sites. We do lots of things in house (Sp/Pl/Mh/FA...) with consultants help.. you touch all aspects of architecture and construction. Great atmosphere with coworkers, happy hours every friday and birthday lunches!
Cons
Have to bring lunch or order food as no great options in the neighborhood!

In this small office setting you will learn the true concept of being an Architect. The team is well prepared and has a lot of experience in residential, commercial and mixed use Architecture.
