Pros

Friday`s Early Finish and 2 days WFH.

Cons

Quite Toxic Environment Very Political Very Low Morale & Negative Energy. Useless Management at best some managers are no more than managers in training they should not be in managerial roles. You don't want to be in a position where you suffer from someone`s incompetence and you constantly have to clean up the mess time after time knowing what the root-cause is.

Pros

Prestigious company, amazing technology. Some great people there.

Cons

Huge lack of training, very poor structure of management to get people trained properly. Most procedures are out of date, drawings also. They are trying to sort though. Good HR, good finance dept.
