work / life balance is normal. but thats not really a pro is it.

Cons

Management is hostile towards employees, particularly its female employees Management makes grossly inappropriate sexual comments towards female employees No structure Low Pay No vacation time for the first year, then you only get one week Poor benefits Very little diversity No proper training Issues with cleanliness (Bedbug issue in some of the trucks)
