53% positive business outlook
Pros
People are somewhat nice (when they feel like it)
Cons
No respect or appreciation for employees at all.
Pros
Its not too bad to work there
Cons
Lazy people that wont work
Pros
-Like someone else said…payroll is accurate with paychecks. -Seeing people walk out because they know their worth. -You will run across some really kind people here. That’s about all that I have.
Cons
-Micromanaging! They watch how many times you get up from your desk, have alerts for when you come or go, target you by walking by to see what you are doing, you are not allowed to get up or talk to a co-worker, will come to your desk to ask you a question if you don’t answer their email with an hour or two and if they see they you’ve been on teams for a while. -Leadership will belittle you and make you out to be incompetent about things that they never made you aware of. -No training but will reprimand you for not knowing internal processes. -Unable to use PTO for 90 days -No sick Time. If you get sick they consider it to be unscheduled PTO and will drain the little PTO that you have to cover it(2 hours per paycheck), you don’t get paid for that time, and you receive an occurrence. Also, if you happen to get sick during work like throw up, kids sick, husband got into a crash and not breathing on the scene etc and you decide to leave, they will consider it to be unscheduled PTO and give you an occurrence. -Dr’s appt or anything else that might need to be done, you can use Flex Time which allows for you to make up hours during work hours. The catch is that the dept hours are from 6-6 and you can come in early to make up those hours but if mgmt leaves at 4, then do do you; even if you’re scheduled to work until 4:30 you have to leave. -Absolutely no work life balance. They own you for 8 hours and will let you know that every single day. -High turnover and rightfully so -People are stressed and have gotten sick as a result -All of this just to be paid under $20 an hour having to come into the office 5 days a week. -Will offer Hybrid scheduling only under 100 circumstances and after your 90 review. Oh everyone doesn’t have to follow this rule and can WFH before their 90 days. Some depts only have to come in once a month. -The physicians are so out of touch and will try to run/control things in admin roles while not knowing what is going on -HR is a joke. -One dept went through about 4 managers within a year -Unethical -Change processes/workflows without any documentation or training and will attempt to punish you if you aren’t aware of the change or understand how to do it properly. -Will change a quota unreasonably and have high expectations of you without any support. -You are set up to fail here. -Beyond understaffed
Pros
A job to come to. Monday through Friday. Air conditioning and heat. 2 new uniforms provided a year. Vending machines offered, hard to come up with pros these days.
Cons
Management has destroyed morale. Physicians no longer seem happy to be here, internal politics taking a toll. Has lost the private practice feeling. A group of physicians that offer horrible insurance and no perks? 401k match is no longer appealing... DO NOT take care of the people that take care of them. Management does not lead by example and makes exceptions among their group. Physicians think employees concerns are trivial, lost respect for employees is obvious. Makes you no longer want to 'be your best' with lack of incentive and appreciation.
Pros
Great physicians, nice buildings, free coffee
Cons
The average day there consisted of being bullied by upper management. HR picks and chooses who they get rid of based on favoritism and tenure. Directors are unapproachable and inconsiderate. The first few months at this company were great, but it soon became obvious regarding why there was so much turnover and why the job I obtained was available. Many employees are looking for other opportunities elsewhere, management staff included. Most people stayed in their offices and didn’t speak with each other, didn’t really feel like a team environment at all. It’s obvious that if you aren’t a favorite, you’re going nowhere. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a job before like I did here.
Pros
decent pay for starting out. lots of opportunities to grow within company. chances to switch within roles in the company. great people.
Cons
no overtime allowed. Strict dress code . Was not lenient or empathetic to employees needs when it came to personal issues (i.e. kids sick, appointments, etc). tight work space which makes it difficult to talk on the phone and be able to hear well. (i was in labor at work and felt bad for leaving to go to the hospital to have my baby because of the way they make people feel for taking time when they need it)
Pros
Schedule Management is great There are some incredible people that work here (a few not so nice, but that's everywhere) I like what I do here
Cons
It takes forever to accrue time off. The pay is on the lower end of average. 401k you have to wait a full year before you can start contributing, but there is a match of 4%.
