      Pros

      We have been seen customer interest for our product growing up significantly, marketing is doing a better job and there are some interesting projects going on. People are cool and smart, the office space is good too and of course the free food is awesome.

      Cons

      Priorities change a lot so we are chasing moving targets sometimes.
