Where do I begin?
If you enjoy:
-Low wages (barely enough to live on)
-ZERO benefits (this means NO insurance or paid off days)
-Threats with pay docking for not working enough hours a week
-Having to work Saturdays unpaid
-The CEO taking credit for all your ideas and claiming they were his
-Being told you are replaceable
-Having your pay docked while out sick
-Not being allowed to do the job you were hired for
-Very high employee turnover (gee, I wonder why?)-- meaning constant retraining new employees
Then this is the place for you.
I have never hated a CEO more than I did working at Organic Transit. The man is a psychopath, and seems to thrive on the mental games he plays with employees. I worked for the company for over 2 years. During this time, despite my contributions I was given no raises or bonuses and was told that I already made too high a salary. I was reprimanded for taking off time for Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays. Because of these conditions, I didn't take a vacation for 2 years. That is hell, and I would not recommend it.
The positive reviews on this site for Organic Transit are either fabricated or from people who only interned just a few months and never experienced the issues that full time employees endured.
