      Work with Children who need Social and Emotional skills in a post pandemic world; Support families in need, Be the change in your community

      Cons

      Management tends to slap Band-Aids on issues, reward behavior of staff not meeting social and emotional needs of children, and shut down staff using training methods taught on staff development days as it is disruptive to the longstanding staff not using the training.
