too intense workload for low salary, it does not worth it
Pros
- flexible working hours - the initial trainings are very good, with zero experience you can become a good biller, very detailed and easily learnable materials, good trainers
Cons
- low salary for a lot of work - constant work all day with only a half an hour lunch break, if you stop for a coffee or toilet or just 5 minutes to rest your eyes, your productivity immediately drops - they track productivity, but the system does not reflect the real work that is done, it tracks mostly the amount posted, but during the day you have a lot of other things to do also, especially if you have a problematic clinic (a lot of communication with the doctors, a lot of zero pays and denials). You might work like crazy all day and you still might have the lowest productivity labeling - the workload is so intense that you are in a hurry all day to finish everything, too much rush
