      The ONLY thing that matters to this place is making money. There is no corner they won’t cut, no risk they won’t take or bridge they won’t burn in order to save a buck!

      3 shift times to choose from, 4-day paid training with lunch provided, and flexibility with scheduling shifts.

      Cons

      Catty/petty co-workers, low pay, high-turnover, drab interior, tedious paperwork, patients look very bored because staff doesn't interact with them.

      Doing important work and they appear to care about employees. People are nice. Hours are convenient and flexible. Enjoyable and meaningful.

      Cons

      Very poor training at the beginning of the job which put employees and residents at risk. Little effective therapeutic intervention present and management appears to only care about the money.
