Given that you mentioned being part of Optimite for more than three years, we're genuinely saddened that this is the impression you took away from your time with us. Building Optimite has been one of the most meaningful things we've done, and from day one we've tried to create a culture rooted in trust, ownership, flexibility, and respect for the people who choose to build alongside us. Like many growing companies, we've also had to navigate difficult periods and make decisions that were not easy for anyone involved. We understand that those moments can shape how people remember their experience, and we respect that your perspective is your own. At the same time, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that this experience defines who we are as an organization. Many members of our team past and present have built long careers with us, grown into leadership roles, and continue to advocate for the culture we've worked hard to create.
