The company lacks pros, nothing else to say.

Cons

They have horrible executives especially the CEO and HR. Lack of care for employees or the business. It’s all about politics and playing some greedy executive game.

None besides the free coffee

Cons

HR is horrible but yet they are the biggest team. Company underpays employees especially Supply Chain Planners way under market! Its a place to get your experience and run as fast as you can. Very stressful environment.

Non-executives are good people who care about coworkers.

Cons

Very top heavy organization and those at the top are personal pals of the CEO who are certainly well treated but that's at the expense of the rest of the work force. There have been so many lay offs, firings and employees leaving that it's hard to even figure out who does what. Chaotic atmosphere with the privileged in charge.
