Cons
Toxic culture, bullying and cover-up is common, even at senior levels. There is no leadership, no direction, CEO is completely invisible (no one has ever seen her). Under so much pressure, cant deliver for patients, focus just on making money, no concern about patients. Some of the leaders should be sacked immediately - just rude and bullies. I left after 6 months and would not recommend to anyone. They have no idea what their doing.
