Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We also greatly value our strong leaders and we are excited about what we are building here at Opensignal. We are sorry to hear that you are feeling isolated from communication as we pride ourselves on being open and transparent. As you know, we hold monthly town halls where we talk through financial results and each of our other goals, and our CEO provides weekly emails that highlight happenings across the company. In all instances, we invite every team member to ask questions and/or provide feedback to help us be better as a company and for our customers. If you feel uninformed, we encourage you to reach out to your exec leader, and/or Kerry Field (Chief People Officer) so that we can help you be more connected.

While I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, I’m disappointed that your experience has not matched what the vast majority of our employees report around the world. I’m not sure how long ago you left, but our results have never been better nor our transparency more pervasive - and we see that in our everyday conversations. We engage in hard conversations, and I am not aware of any situation where people were penalized for sharing their opinions and asking the tough questions. I wish you the best of luck going forward.
