Pros

If you’re preparing a case study, they’ll definitely give you enough time. Possibly too much. You’ll learn patience, especially with long interview gaps

Cons

I went through a 3-week interview process for an Account Manager role, including two interviews and a detailed case study I spent two weeks preparing. After all that, I received a generic rejection email late on a Friday — with no mention of the time or effort involved. The recruiter later admitted it was the wrong template, but it was still a rejection either way. The process felt impersonal and careless, especially for a company that claims to stand for hospitality. Their actions didn’t reflect the values they promote.

Pros

I used to work at OpenTable, left for family reasons, then returned when a job came up. I'm so glad to be back - they could not do more for you. It's really hard to fault anything. Fantastic onboarding and training, tons of support from my manager, great healthcare package, great range of software to aid me in my job, positive environment to work in.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be a tad heavy, but then that applies to any job and my feedback is taken on board.
