Senior management is the biggest drawback here. Decision-making at the top appears driven almost entirely by financial targets, with little visible regard for the people delivering the work. Headcount has been cut significantly, and staff who leave are not replaced, creating large gaps in the team and leaving those remaining stretched well beyond capacity. The CEO's (Jonathan Satchell) focus on the bottom line is relentless, where staff are treated as a line item, not an asset.

Remote work with no company culture. In this role I meet with my manager once a month and I have one meeting a day. Otherwise, I only communicate with coworkers via internal messaging.
