Pros

Covenient location in the Hampshire Countryside. Mostly good managers and team colleagues.

Cons

One Agile Delivery Manager has been telling blatent and outright lies in order to impose an unjustified vindictive action a team member on that delivery team. That Agile Delivery Manager is being fed false and misleading information by that team member's Direct Line Manager and another Agile Delivery Manager who appear to be engaging in a retaliatory and bullying action after being forced to apologise to that team member for subjecting that team member to a degrading and humiliating action within the last 12 months.

Pros

Work from home, so you will not be witnessing the toxic culture, communication silos and gossiping.

Cons

Not experienced local leadership (especially for leading people), employees micromanaged by the local unit manager which make us feel suffocated and confined in our role. Local leadership takes various roles within the teams being involved everywhere. Badmouthing employees behind their backs to their colleagues. The overall office in Skopje is operating in very toxic culture, drowning in gossiping and passing confidential information, and the local unit manager is focusing more on employees weaknesses rather than strengths. Seems recognition, perks and promotions happen only to people close to the local unit manager as followers, not based on performance, achievement and technical knowledge. For the first time in my professional career, I never felt encouraged to learn more and become better developer by the local management. Picking favourites and operate in a bubble with them, not evaluating employees based on their tech/dev/agile competencies and qualifications. Definitely not fighting for better promotion of employees from Skopje office across the company, just looking to strenghten their position. Making decisions through "she said, he said", totally dissapointing. A lot of people in more senior roles without experience and competencies, not being mentored, just "go with the flow" without any strategy at all.
