Pros

Getting to read scriptures daily to potential members as part of my job is priceless. Everyone has been helpful and having the opportunity to talk about God with people daily is a benefit too large to put any type of price on. This job has become such a blessing for me, being able to impact those I talk with in such a positive way as well as self growth. I would highly recommend this job.

Cons

The only Con would be not being around many of the other employee's since this is a work from home position, but working from home is incredible when there are winter storms happening and you don't have to drive anywhere.

Pros

This group of workers are all so eager to improve and move the needle. I love the sense of collaboration, the support that each team provides each other, and the ability to honestly push back when expectations need to be level set. Love the team, love the culture, and the start-up mentality continues to present learning opportunities and career-growth.

Cons

In need of a plan that cross-functional teams could follow - lots of ad hoc project work and product development can impede on progress at times.

I'm really enjoying the experience so far. The pandemic has really proven to show some challenges but luckily our management team has found ways to overcome them. They're a thoughtful and creative team who are all problem solvers
