      Pros

      One of the best first jobs you could ask for within the IT industry. The leadership is understanding and approachable, and always willing to listen and support their employees. They genuinely care about your well-being, which is something that often gets lost in larger corporations. You’re not just another number - your work is recognized, your ideas and contributions are valued. The opportunities for professional development are excellent. With plenty of opportunities to take Certifications to upskill and learn from those within the company.

      Cons

      Like any smaller company, things can move fast. Which can be overwhelming in the first years, but provides plenty of learning opportunities as you grow.

      Pros

      I loved being a part of the OneNet team! The OneNet culture is amazing, they will give you every oppourtunity to grow and excel within the business. The experince I gained here was so valuable and gave me a great outlook for the future. I really enjoyed coming to work here everyday and have made some great friends in my time there.

      It can get very busy at times
