      Very Good Technologies: Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud Congif, Spring Cloud Netflix 'Eureka, Zuul', Monorepository Architecture, Angular 9, MySql DataBase Polite people, good environment, good place

      Cons

      Bad Management, Bad Raises, Raise every one year 10: 12 % of your salary, if you wanna leave, you can leave no problem for the company you are nothing and a useless person even if you are the best one, no one is important telling you that your salary will be raised after 3 or 6 months and it is not raised, Low salary compared to the market
