      Nice work environment and building amenities.

      Cons

      Toxic/Political Culture. Petty and passive agressive teams. Lifetime employees who are stuck in their ways. Unable to make advances in their technology. Multiple failed projects.

      Management is available to talk about claims questions. There are a lot of different forums to bring claims to for different things.

      There are a lot of different forums to bring claims to for different things. A few are mandatory before making a decision, which doesn't help the confidence of their examiners. Any new task / function / feature is automatically put on examiners and/or TLs. Examiners are responsible for * a lot * and the pay doesn't always reflect this.
