      Pros

      Benefits/health insurance. Average place to get your feet wet. Best advice: make connections, stay briefly then move on.

      Cons

      Huge errors are made by leaders that have a long lasting impact on others. Unprofessional managers and poor leadership. The culture is not what they describe during the interview, it's somewhat tolerable though so if you can withstand it until you find a more promising career you should be good. Favoritism. Some leaders have no clue what they are doing, just "winging it". Biased management. Hire millennials with this type of leadership and watch your turnover rate increase. You can count on it.

      None. There are zero reasons to work here unless things have completely changed.

      Cons

      Bizarre and sad. Favoritism runs rampant. HR was VERY green at the time and unaware of how to do her job. Poor leadership. Lacked transparency with employees. Leadership was not confident in the processes that were put in place which led to them depending on others to make decisions they were supposed to be making. The company had an ancient way of doing things - needs a software upgrade. Hopefully this has changed now. Racial discrimination at its finest. Employees not valued. Others felt disposable and overworked including myself. I truly hope with 2020 shining a light on system racism that One10 has done some internal work to treat black and brown employees with respect and listen to them. My experience was disgusting.

      Detroit Office has the best culture

      - Caring team - Interesting work - Flexible schedule and WFH - Work/Life balance - Lots of paid time off (vacation, sick time, personal time, etc...) - Great benefits - Opportunity for advancement - Structure is flat so everyone has access to decision-makers

      Cons

      - Pay is not as high as it should be - Structure is flat so limited promotion possibilities
