      Good place for students and unskilled laborers.

      Pros

      Work is not difficult, extremely dirty nor dangerous. Job can be learned in a few weeks or less. Pay is above minimum wage. Management makes allowances for student schedules and in general is comprised of decent people.

      Cons

      Sometimes supervision can be arbitrary and unreasonable in decisions and expectations. Most people work until "close"...i.e. until all the work is finished, with no set end of shift time. Favoritism is part of the environment. But generally if you keep your mouth shut and do your job you won't have any problems.
