The entire process from first phone call to procedure is designed around maximizing revenue with patient care as an afterthought. Patients sent to collections over trivial amounts and not allowed to schedule appointments until payment clears. Extensive check-in process designed around getting people to pay on their deductibles before services are even rendered. They frequently partner with other companies offering Care Management and allow those companies to contact patients under the guise of being affiliated with their Drs office. Said patients are billed for services which were poorly explained.
