Pros

No dress code is nice pretty laid back you just take calls and sit for 8-9hrs a day! The pay suck but it's a paycheck

Cons

Mandatory over time is ridiculous very hard to get time off. They won't hire you on as they promise they will they let all temps go after there peek is over. Don't waist your time if your looking for a career

Pros

The people you work with are great

Cons

They literally fired after being there two days for accidentally falling asleep. When there were other people asleep and in their phones in areas they aren't supposed to have phones. The day before I started I had a couple of seizures due to a head injury from that day but I went ahead and went to work anyway to show I was serious about my job. They still fired me after knowing this information. Don't go there they are unsympathetic unless ur one of their favorites

Not bad, but politics make it hard to modernize

Pros

One Call Concepts is a good company in a solid industry. Your colleagues know a lot about the business and you’ll learn a good deal. Great benefits and pay, there’s a reason most people stick around for as long as they do. Company has tons of support and a lot of potential to really modernize the entire industry if they wanted to.

Cons

OCC has a *unique* company culture, that’s for sure. They talk innovation, but old-school processes abound (some folks don’t even use email and need to be contacted by fax). The politics, especially among the higher-ups, are highly nuanced and hard to navigate. Lots of egos to massage. Change is almost forbidden, so innovative or modern ideas are not likely to go anywhere. No HR department. No formal systems for anything, really. It feels like much of the company is designed to be as inefficient as possible to maintain the status quo.
