Pros

None. Management is rude and overbearing. Questionable business tactics. Stay away!

Cons

Questionable business practices, terrible work environment, revolving door. I am posting anonymously because I still work here. Some of the things I have witnessed is lying to employees regarding benefits, wages, etc. Hiring and not paying wages once employee leaves. Ignoring phone calls related to not getting paid. The company has a very large account with Federated National Insurance in Florida so they seem legitimate. From an inside position I can say they have very questionable practices and do just enough to stay barely legal.

Pros

If you know how to make yourself a valuable and productive employee they will find work for you no matter what. They have work opportunities in multiple states and allow you to take on work loads that suit you best, Prove your worth by working hard and producing results and they can be very flexible and understanding with your schedule. Management balances what is best for the clients, the insured parties, and the employees. They are always easy to reach and back up their workers.

Cons

Work loads can vary widely due to the nature of the business. During busy storm seasons you can be working 7 days a week for a few months on end. During the off seasons you could be working 6 hour shifts 5 days a week.
