Pros
Total salary 13K, no OT fee and need to help your staff-mate check in(they will come back around 11am or after that), you should try your best to settle down all jobs by yourself, and maybe you need to help the other team. So you will become very independent and strong after one week.
Cons
You can't not maintain your lifehood, don't forget that you will have MPF, so that you just can earn 12,350 per month, transport fee around 30-50per day,lunch fee around 50-70 per day, if you need to spend around 150 per day and around 500-1000 for other fee such as your 4G/5G fee for mobile phone, maybe you should rent a room with sublessor or rent a subdivision.
