The company itself is very stable, great benefits, fair salary and environment is a 4 out of 5 stars for comparison.

Cons

There are a lot of titles above so for example one department may have four to five policy production specialist then over the 4-5 is a supervisor then over the supervisor and a manager and etc. Just seems like a lot of management titles for a job that is actually pretty straight forward and honest work.
