Old Republic International interview questions

Straightforward process overall. The first round was a 30-minute interview that was entirely behavioral and focused on my background, experience, and fit. I got ghosted afterward, even after multiple follow-up emails. I would assume the second round is similar, but you may need to know small technicals for the vertical you want to go into.

I made it through three rounds consisting of one phone screen, plus two video chats. I thought the questions were pretty straightforward and no curveballs came my way. I didn't get an offer, but I did get a response about them moving forward with a different candidate, albeit sans feedback.
