      Offers a ton of products for the customers

      Cons

      Old National tends to buy banks only to shortly down the road close branches and sell off others. They like to hire from outside of the company and not to promote from within.

      Pros

      Above average pay for industry. Good work life balance. Depending on location, great team members. Great community based organization.

      Cons

      Fee crazy, if you're not apart of certain cliques you will never get promoted. Certain managers have free reign to come and go as they please.
