Remote work, they're happy for you to work anywhere in the world and our team loves to share our travels, a positive environment where everyone I have had contact with is supportive, we have a great culture and great benefits - home office stipend, monthly wellness stipend, quarterly stipend to spend on any of our stores we work with, paid paid vacation and unlimited pto. They also hire employees from all over the world which I love as most companies only hire US and CA
Cons
It's a start-up so things can get hectic at times and the workload can get heavy but I have always been able to approach my manager and figure this out with them
