      Pros

      I worked on a highly challenging software project using cutting-edge technologies, making it a very engaging and rewarding experience.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management for software and QA. Lowest in the industry. Inefficient processes, with enforcement handled by people who were not adequately qualified. Huge amount of motion waste, information shuttling, high cost leads used for low value work!
