      Pros

      Don't join the company. Please don't make the same mistake.

      Cons

      The company is filled with close friends and old relatives. Dirty, tiny cubicles. Obsolete equipment. Extremely crowded. Rampant violations of OSHA standards. No bonus at the end of the year. Unpaid forced leave several times a year for most employees. High turnover. Poor medical coverage.

      Great pathway in a career

      Pros

      flexible working hours in terms that managers are very lienent about when you come when you leave. paid lunches every month or when manager says so. Everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      no bonuses, low pay, learning is done by asking questions every single time. Most positions are already set hard to move up. Have to take responsibility even if someone else messes up.

      Company as a whole needs updating

      Pros

      -Once you get to know the other employees, you feel like you've become a part of their family. Relationships are very important in this company. You can get things done much faster by being on good terms with certain individuals -My department was easy going. I had a great boss that did not micromanage my work and was very supportive. I thoroughly enjoyed working in that department -Very flat company. You don't have I, II, III, etc. for most positions. There will be engineers with the same title who have a 10 year experience gap from each other. The title is not as important here as it is elsewhere.

      Cons

      -Overcrowded parking lot with tiny spaces -Test equipment is pretty aged -Very few company events (luncheons, BBQs) -Due to the low turnover of most positions, there is a lack of younger employees -Many things the company does feels like penny pinching
