      Pros

      I am working in OClock Software and the company changed me as a Technically Sound IOS developer. I joined in Oclocksoftware as a IOS developer for more than a year and it is a good place to work and learn new things from the leads and Managers. Team members will always listen to our ideas and suggestion towards works. Working culture and environment is very much friendly and there is no much pressure on work. Timing is so flexible with no late night working. In this company, I have got good knowledge in technology and made me technically capable of handling a Team.

      1) To learn and adopt new concepts. 2) Unbelievable support from senior people. 3) Given chance to switch to mobile technologies. 4) Standard compensations.

      Cons

      Not much to say, felt difficult when I learned and do from start level to launch in short period of time. Later that helped lot in my career.
